Chef Will began his career at the age of 15 cooking, developing a profound love for culinary arts. After high school he attended the Culinary Institute of America In Hyde Park, New York. Since graduating he has been at the helm of some of the greatest kitchens & hotels from coast to coast, drawing crowds for his thoughtful technique & crave-able flavors. Mille Fleurs and Tartine in California, The National In New York, Linger in Denver & multiple True Food Kitchens, just to name a few. 

Chef Will has created and launched concepts across the nation including Wildflower in Denver, Sister Ship in Nantucket & Whole Harvest Kitchen In Kansas City, where he is currently Culinary Director. He is thrilled to be apart of the Rebel Farm team, and is on a mission to connect Denver chefs and diners with the finest produce available year round.
