REBEL MIX (AKA: PG)
Our personal blend goes from spicy to mild to slightly sweet and can be utilized both raw and cooked.
STARSTRUCK LETTUCE MIX
A crispy crunchy mix of red and green romaine and oakleaf lettuces that make for a beautiful and colorful salad.
ARUGULA
Rocket variety has a slightly nutty flavor, that’s a tad bit bitter, as well as, peppery.
Perfect for hot and cold dishes.
ROUXAI LETTUCE
Premium-class red oakleaf lettuce has red/green lobed leaves. Great sweet and subtle flavor. Makes a great light salad.
LITTLE GEM LETTUCE
Romaine variety has an excellent texture and is often grilled.
BIBB LETTUCE
A delicate, soft buttery lettuce that is excellent in salads, on sandwiches, and used for lettuce cups/wraps.
FRISÉE
Known amongst Denver Chefs as “Green Frisee” as it is less bitter and you can utilize the entire head.
RADICCHIO
Red speckled head has a bittersweet flavor. Chop raw into a salad, or halve and grill to bring out its sweetness.
MACHE
Mâche is delicate, sweet, slightly nutty, with a buttery texture. It pairs well with simple vinaigrettes, nuts, or even cooked into eggs.
BOK CHOI
Ours has beautiful dark green leaves and is delicious whether lightly steamed or sautéed. Also, great in soups!
EDIBLE FLOWERS

Italian variety has aromatic leaves with hints of clove and mint. So many ways to utilize this gorgeous herb!
PROSPERA THAI BASIL
Has a bold, authentic aroma with distinct, anise and clove-like flavor. Provides a savory, aromatic addition to stir-fries, curries, and soups.
LEMON BALM
Delicate with a fresh lemon zest mixed with a hint of mint, offering a subtle, citrusy, and a sweet herbaceous flavor. Wonderful in teas, salads, and desserts.

ROSEMARY
Aromatic herb with a pungent taste. Flavor is lemony, pine-like, savory, mint-y, sage-like and peppery. A culinary favorite!
FRENCH TARRAGON
Sweeter, lighter variety of Tarragon. Pairs beautifully with anything from sauces to chicken dishes.
GREEN SORREL
Has a bright pungent burst of clean, sour, lemon-y flavor. A personal favorite!
RED VEINED SORREL
Features a sharp and bright lemony flavor. Provides a sharp bite that balances rich foods. Makes an ideal garnish.
CHERVIL
Delicate herb with a herbaceous flavor that has hints of anise. Beautiful with eggs, poultry, soups, etc.
THYME
Has a beautiful earthy, minty, slightly lemony, savory flavor that brings out the flavors of a dish. A cooks favorite!
MARJORAM
Has a sweet, aromatic flavor with notes of pine, citrus, and woodsy undertones. Has a pleasant bitterness and, when fresh, a faint, floral aroma.
OREGANO
Oregano has a warm, earthy, peppery, and slightly bitter flavor with minty undertones. Amazing fresh or dried!
SAGE
Garden sage has a very distinctive taste that is woodsy with hints of pine, mint, eucalyptus and sometimes citrus.
