PG/REBEL MIX
Our personal blend goes from spicy to mild to slightly sweet and can be utilized both raw and cooked.
ARUGULA
Rocket variety has a slightly nutty flavor, that’s a tad bit bitter, as well as, peppery.
Perfect for hot and cold dishes.
BABY BOK CHOY
Ours has beautiful dark green leaves and is delicious whether lightly steamed or sautéed. Also, great in soups!
BASIL
Genovese variety has aromatic leaves with hints of clove and mint. So many ways to utilize this gorgeous herb!
BIBB LETTUCE
A delicate, soft buttery lettuce that is excellent in salads, on sandwiches, and used for lettuce cups/wraps.

Tender, slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Less bitter notes. Excellent for raw dishes but holds up well to heat!
LITTLE GEM LETTUCE
Old French Romaine variety. Has a buttery texture and sweet flavor. Often used in salads or grilled.
MOJITO MINT
A cross between spearmint and apple mint. Mild flavor with hints of citrus. Beautiful in anything that calls for mint.
MIZUNA
Delicate with a peppery and slightly bitter taste. Lovely in both hot and cold preparations.

Dandelion Greens
Bitter green has notes of black pepper, similar to arugula. Add to salads, sauté, bake in a frittata, etc.
Red Russian Kale
Tender/mild kale. Nutty, sweet, earthy flavor with a hearty texture. Great for salads, smoothies, and sautéing.
Rainbow Chard
Colorful stalks/large leaves. Flavor is mild, sweet, earthy, slightly bitter, and beet-like. Great to sauté, steam, or pickle.
Radicchio
Red speckled head has a bittersweet flavor. Chop raw into a salad, or halve and grill to bring out its sweetness.
Escarole
A dense, lettuce-like head of mildly bitter leaves. Escarole is excellent for salads, sautéing and for making soups.
Salanova
Gorgeous salad green has a sweet flavor and a crisp, frilly consistency with a crunch similar to iceberg.
Spinach
Herbaceous and nutritious green that has a mild, slightly sweet taste. Has endless raw and cooking applications.
Sweet Thai Basil
Has spicy-sweet notes of anise and black licorice. Mix into salads or add to spring rolls for a fresh fragrant twist.
Dill
Aromatic herb used to flavor anything from soups, to pickles. Citrus-like, licorice flavor similar to fennel.
LEMON VERBENA
Clean lemon-like flavor and scent. Culinary uses range from rich roasts to sweet citrusy desserts.
