Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our products are grown in traditional greenhouses using both natural and LED lighting. We use a Nutrient Film Technology (NFT) system.

We will also be bringing our 8400 square foot warehouse online in 2024. For this, we plan on using another hydroponics method called Deep Water Culture!

Check back on our website for more information on our second location in the coming year!

  • We harvest daily ensuring our customers receive the freshest possible products.

Our team delivers direct to our wholesale customers.

We utilize our partner, Pinemelon for our retail customer delivery needs.

  • We would consider growing a product upon request but only for our Restaurant partners.

It would be dependent on the type of product, quantity requested and time frame, as to whether or not we’d be able to honor the request.

  • Our products are best stored in their original container and refrigerated. When ready to use, you should remove the root (if applicable) with a knife or cooking shears, gently wash your greens, blot them dry or use a salad spinner.

If a product has the root attached and it starts to dry out, you can rehydrate by placing a damp paper towel in the bag around the root.

If storing herbs, you can wrap them in a damp paper towel and store them in a plastic bag in your refrigerator. If you have a small drawer in your refrigerator, that is usually the best location to store them for longevity.
