About
Fresh. Local. Bold.
REBEL. REBEL.
Rebel Farm was created in 2015 to challenge the way food is grown and delivered. We use non-GMO, organic seeds and follow organic practices to ensure every harvest is grown with integrity. In our Denver greenhouse, sustainability and innovation come together to produce quality greens year-round. By reducing waste and keeping food closer to home, we deliver freshness and consistency our community can count on. Rebel isn’t just our name—it’s our commitment to doing farming differently.

Core Values
At Rebel Farm, our values are more than words on a wall — they’re the foundation of who we are and how we operate. They guide the way we grow our greens, treat our team, serve our customers, and connect with our community. Each core value reflects what matters most to us and why we do things differently. Together, they shape a farm that’s rooted in purpose and built to make a lasting impact.
Authenticity
We are unapologetically ourselves. From the way we grow our greens to how we show up with our partners, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in transparency, honesty, and being real — no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just good food grown with integrity.
Family
We treat our team, our partners, and our customers like family. That means we show up for each other, we work hard together, and we celebrate the wins. We believe a strong sense of belonging creates a better workplace, a better product, and a better world.
Community
Rebel Farm thrives because of the people around us. We are deeply rooted in the Denver and Boulder food scene and believe in building lasting relationships with chefs, restaurants, and local partners. Supporting our community isn’t a marketing slogan — it’s how we operate every day.
Passion
We’re rebels because we care — about flavor, freshness, farming, and doing things the right way. Our team is driven by a deep love for growing exceptional produce and pushing boundaries in local agriculture. Passion fuels our work and inspires everything from our seed choices to our customer experience.
Sustainability
We grow with the future in mind. Our hydroponic methods use less water, reduce waste, and minimize our footprint — all while producing vibrant, nutrient-rich greens. Sustainability is more than a practice; it’s a commitment to our planet and the generations that come next.

Located in Denver’s Harvey Park District, our 15,000 sq. ft. greenhouse uses cutting-edge hydroponic nutrient film technology to cultivate greens and herbs that thrive, delivering chefs unmatched freshness, consistency, and flavor year-round.
Grown with care, our premium leafy greens and herbs are cultivated using up to 90% less water than traditional farming, delivering freshness, flavor, and responsible production. Our team is on-site daily, seeding, nurturing, and hand-harvesting to ensure chefs receive a consistent supply with uncompromising quality and value.

Our products are best stored in their original container and refrigerated. When ready to use, you should remove the root (if applicable) with a knife or cooking shears, gently wash your greens, blot them dry or use a salad spinner.
If a product has the root attached and it starts to dry out, you can rehydrate by placing a damp paper towel in the bag around the root.
If storing herbs, you can wrap them in a damp paper towel and store them in a plastic bag in your refrigerator. If you have a small drawer in your refrigerator, that is usually the best location to store them for longevity.
