We’ve long drawn from Italian tradition both in how we craft our food and how we invite our guests to dine with us, but we draw inspiration from many places important to us for our flavors. We are deeply committed to from-scratch techniques, making all of our pasta, breads, gelati, and even some cheeses and digestivi truly by hand. Our chef’s South-Indian heritage and international travel have long found homes in our dishes alongside our more traditional Italian flavors. Our restaurant is a candid expression of the people behind it and we are grateful for such a wonderful space and audience to explore our passions.
