A native to Denver, Elleni couldn't be happier to be a part of Rebel Farm. 

She stumbled upon the restaurant world in 2012 starting at True Food Kitchen in Cherry Creek. She moved to New York shortly after working at Eleven Madison Park helping them grow from the number 3 spot to number 1 in the world on the San Pellegrino 50 best list. 

Elleni is now back in Denver. She helped open Tavernetta and has started a family. She is also part of the Denver Mussel Club, a hip new local pop-up. You can find Elleni delivering Rebel greens or helping out behind the scenes, always with a smile.
