Chris got his Associates Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and with that worked for the Agriculture Department at Colorado State University, specializing in compost and soil health but has spent the majority of his working life in the culinary industry. He has been in the industry for 10+ plus years, specializing in bread and pastry for a majority of that career. From working in quick service restaurants to high end fine dining, Chris has done almost every job in both Front and Back of house.
